personal trainer to illustrate this

03/27/2007

I had been at the gym for six months before I relented and decided to get a personal trainer. You see, at first I was hesitant to enroll in their personal training program. The cost was excessive: 60 bucks for a forty-five minute one-on-one session, or 45 for an hour in a small group. But after six months time, I had yet to really significantly improve my health. Without a personal trainer, I couldn't make myself go to the gym more than twice a week. Oh sure, my health was a little better and my body, a little trimmer, but besides that I was in no way better than before. I was not even near to reaching my personal fitness goals, and still quite a bit over my ideal weight.

What you are about to read is the culmination of information from many different places and resources. I hope you enjoy it.

My personal trainer changed all of that, as I knew that he would. Not only did he provide an incentive to work out, but he provided a lot of positive encouragement which made me work hard when I otherwise might have slacked off or eased up in my routine. I mean, who wants to waste 60 dollars a week in addition to gym membership on a personal trainer, and then not give it their all. I know that I did not, and within 2 weeks after beginning to work with my personal trainer, I was feeling both healthier and better about myself than I ever had before. I had even shed a few pounds, and my body was fit and trim in the meantime.

There are other options to a personal trainer, but none of them were available to me. Many people would rather go to aerobics class than go to personal trainers, and I can see the wisdom of this preference, but it isn't mine. You see, the gym that I go to has two aerobics classes. One early in the morning when no sane person would even be up, and one at 5:45 in the evening. I don't even get off work until 7, so that class is completely not an option for me. As for the early morning class, I tried a few times, but I just couldn't get up that early. All in all, I only had a few options. I could work out on my own, which I was always quite half-assed about, or I could finally get a personal trainer. I think that I made the right choice one surprising fact.

Thanks for finding my site and reading my article. The internet is full of helpful tips and tricks and I appreciate you coming and visiting.
